Every service we provide is under the following Terms & Conditions. By buying one of our packages and/or getting one of our services in any manner you acknowledge that you accept these Terms & Conditions.

We are very carefully when hiring our employees. With our customers in mind, we make sure that all our employees are citizens or legal residents of the United States. And for all our customers protection, we periodically do background checks and drug tests all our employees.
Eventhough, you sign a paper when our worker(s) finish their job, showing that you are satisfied with the service provided, in the rare case that you find something wrong after our worker(s) leave your home, you can file a claim by calling our reps within 24 hours. After this period of time, no claims will be accepted.
In the rare time that you feel unsatisfied or you believe that our worker(s) didn't clean a certain area, we will send a worker to correct the problem for free. But the request has to be reasonable and payment matching the value of the job ordered. Also, when doing a claim, you acknowledge the following; even if the job ordered, required more than one person to go to your home, we might send only one person to correct the problem. And since supplies are usually part of a separate delivery service, if your original order included supplies, you may have to pay for supply delivery again for a correction of service even if the corrective cleaning visit is free of charge.
Damaged item(s) are replaced with same or similar item(s), not monetary compensation or service refunds. If the problem requires a professional to fix the damage, the professional must be hired by NY Best Cleaning to ensure quality and legitimacy.
Any false and/or exaggerated information used in a claim(s), breach of these terms or refusal or impediment to allow NY Best Cleaning to make corrections renders the corresponding Customer’s claim invalid and voids our guarantee.
